Request a Return / Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

• The original tags and packaging are intact.

• The item is not from our final sale / clearance section.

Please note: Products customized, altered, or purchased during special sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return / Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

• For Return/Exchange Request simple write us on our email  customercare.karikraft@gmail.com .

• Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

• Once approved, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with return instructions.

• After we receive and inspect the product, your replacement or store credit/refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  

Return Shipping

• Customers are required to self-ship the product to our warehouse address provided in the approval email.
• In case of a damaged or wrong product, KariKraft will bear the return shipping charges.
  
  

Refund / Exchange Options

You can choose any of the following:

• Exchange for a different size or product.
• Store Credit for future purchases.
• Refund to the original payment method (only in eligible cases).
